                    A native of Topeka since 1955, Bev located here at that time
              from Iowa after completing a Masters degree in Music Education.  
              Licensed as a real estate sales associate in 1973, Bev
              has seen more changes in the Topeka residential/commercial
              development than most Realtors® serving Topeka today.

                    Bev possesses that unique quality of being able to sense the needs
              and desires of her customers and clients.  When previewing homes,
              she is able to visualize just the right home for her buyer!
