My husband and I started looking into buying a home about 8 months after we married.  We had some ideas what we wanted in a home, but we were clueless as to how to go about the whole process of looking for a home and purchasing one.  It was a big step for us.  Bev made us feel very special as first time home-owners.  She was very excited for us.  Luckily, we didn't have to look very long.  Bev was right on top of the market and had houses for us to look at often.  She would personally pick us up and take us from house to house...something you don't find everywhere.  After looking at several homes, she had a feel for our taste, and found the perfect home for us.  It's in a nice quiet neighborhood where we can raise children.  It has a fenced back yard (perfect for our new puppy).  The neighbors are great and friendly.  The house has a nice open feel, and was just what we were looking for. 
The schools our children will attend are great, too. When it came time to actually make an offer, she gave us great advice.  We had to negotiate a little, but we felt comfortable with our decision.  Any question I had about the whole purchasing process was answered so that I could understand, and I appreciated that.  Once we closed, we immediately went to our house to get started moving in.  Bev had given us a gift, which we are still using in our home...a lovely candle.  What a nice touch!  The whole experience was pleasant.  It was like shopping for a home with a family member.  I never once felt uncomfortable, or like our needs were being overlooked.
